Orders & Acceptance

By placing an order with CubAira you confirm that the details you provide are accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment is not successfully authorised or where an item is unexpectedly out of stock.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected through our secure payment gateway at the time of ordering (or at delivery for Cash on Delivery orders).

Returns & Exchanges

You may return any item within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Pickup is arranged through Amazon Logistics. See our Returns page to initiate a return.

All content on this website, including designs, text, graphics, and the CubAira brand, is the property of CubAira and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CubAira shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from product purchases.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
